What to Eat to Lose Weight

Is your healthy diet not so healthy? It’s nearly impossible to know exactly what foods you should be consuming without knowing your Metabolic Type. Taking the MT Test will pinpoint exactly which foods will balance your body chemistry. It will also give you a starting point as to the proportions in which you should be consuming these foods. There is no one-size-fits-all diet! Metabolic typing does not require calories counting, weighing foods, or any weird stuff that doesn’t work! It’s all …

yo brother i belive in the raw food diet even though i dont do it myselve

  2. Isaachelric says:

fruits and veggies are a great source of nutrients. however we did not eat as much fruit and vegetables as we ate animals. i recommend you check out some of the research of weston a. price, a man who traveled around the world for 8 years examining the healthiest societies/tribes in the world. even though their diet varied differently from place to place, he found that they all had certain things in common: they all ate a LOT of animal fat. and those who ate the most were the healthiest. :)

  3. Keenan4life says:

I am talking about the evolutionary point of view. Paleonutritionist Geoff Bond argues that fruits and vegetables composed 80% of human nutrition before agriculture and that the rest (20%) includes all kinds of meat, insects, etc… Also, even if they eat a lot of animal fat, it is IMPOSSIBLE to be healthy without having fruits and vegetables as the biggest part of our diet, the rest can be meat, chicken, fish, whatever you want…

  4. Isaachelric says:

have you ever tried living out in the forest, fixing your own food? see if you can cover 80 % of your food intake by eating fruits, nuts and vegetables. probably not. if you want a lot of food and a descent meal, you need to catch something bigger. an animal. you wont find enough vegetables to cover your need. our ancestors ate a whole shitload of fat. most of the food came from animals.

  5. Keenan4life says:

One crucial thing you are forgetting: today’s world is nothing like the world as it was when our ancestors emerged. Back then, there was plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and insects to eat from. Considering humans were forming groups of 30-40 individuals, hunting would be actually pretty hard. Animals were also hanging in groups, and a fight could cause unaffordable casualties. Actually, the meat they were getting was from animals already dead. F&V were definitely the easy and safe way to go.

Some metabolic typing companies use a battery of established blood and urine tests performed by reputable laboratories, but interpret the results in an unconventional and medically questionable fashion. During a 1985 investigation into one such firm, an investigator sent 2 separate samples of blood and urine for analysis; he received 2 drastically different “metabolic typing” reports and dietary plans. Both plans involved the purchase of dietary supplements costing several dollars per day.

  7. jusblaze99 says:

well, he is rite actually. if u wanna no more about that type of lifestyle, look up the words ju hoansi, this was a tribe/band that lived off the land and basically ate mostly mongongo nuts, fruit, and some meat, and NO breads

  17. cloudvol7 says:

I read that there are mainly two types, one is a efficient type, and a inefficient type.Your’s sound’s like the efficient type. But those who eat alot of carb’s,and have energy are inefficient.Would it be safe to say that the majority have the efficient.

  18. Elementecho says:

if you want to gain (good) weight I might be able to give you some pointers

  19. shiftyjake says:

    @ DatBytchNilla

Eat fresh foods, cook for yourself as much as possible, eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, and to quote Michael Pollan: eat food, not too much, mostly plants.

Whatever you do, do not go on a “diet”. You’ll just gain the weight back. You want to teach your body to crave good things for the rest of your life.

  20. NoogLeader says:
