Small Business Networking Groups, It’s Like Shooting Fish in a Barrel

There is no shortage of business networking groups around the globe however some of them do much better than others.
Many a keen sales person or small business owner has been bitterly disappointed with the results they have achieved. This rather common occurrence has resulted in the reputation of these groups to become tarnished.
In my experience, it is not the actual opportunity that doesn’t work, it’s the sponsor who is at fault for not nurturing the members. Business networking groups can be worthwhile however.
Shall we place business networking groups under the microscope?
These groups have sprouted up all over the world and, at arm’s length, they appear to be a great concept. Here you are, sitting at a table full of business people, all waiting to chat about business and with any luck, many looking for your services.
If you can talk without drooling & listen without dropping off to sleep, then you’ll do OK.
A well organized & managed business networking group does more than just provide you with an opportunity, they can also help businesses operating in specific niche markets.
There’s only one reason to be involved with these organizations & that is to make sales. Under the same umbrella, MLM (multi level marketing) has the added benefit of multi level commissions from sales people that you introduce into the business.
Network marketing in its most profitable state will provide on the spot commissions per sale. The obvious benefit to residual income is it just keeps ticking over
Below are benefits one should look out for when checking out small business networking groups -
Quality Products: there is nothing hotter than good quality information products.
Payment on The Knocker: Kiss those cash flow problems bye bye.
Continuing Income: Does it get any better than this… I don’t think so!
Next to Zero Joining up Outlay: Cheap is good, free is better
A record of success: you want to make sure you are not only working with a sponsor that can help you, but also a company with a proven track record of success.
The top business networking groups will also have top mentoring programs & sponsors & a top sponsor & mentor will guide you through & respond to any questions you may have.
No matter how talented your support is, the success you have will always be a result of what YOU, not what your support does for you.

A lot of home legitimate home based businesses will require some start up costs but you should be very careful about giving money to anyone without a formal contract. Some people will make promises simply to get your money and never deliver. You should also be careful of investing more money than you can afford in any business venture.
To begin a legitimate home based business, you first need a product or service that people are willing to pay you to provide. I have seen many ads offering to sell you the secret to making millions on eBay; first you need a product to sell on eBay. Chances are you will first need to find a company from which you can sell their products and make a profit.
Some companies will hire people to write advertisements or transcripts from home. Others may need art work done or even for you to advertise their products. You can sometimes find jobs like this as a freelancer and you can usually find fairly steady work like this. This will allow you to set your own hours from home and you set the rate of pay you are willing to accept.
There are many legitimate home based jobs you can do as well but you may find that these do not have the same flexibility. Some of these may include working as a computer tech support operator or even as a teacher in today’s world of online learning. I have seen job opportunities for tutors and I personally go to school online and we are taught by certified instructors.
There are legitimate home based businesses in which you can sell products from your home. You should read the fine print and make sure you are not required to buy items in bulk or you may run into having a lot of inventory that you can’t move at a profit.
Just about any business can be run from your home. You can have a house cleaning service, day care, or even a service to sit with elderly. If you like animals then you may want to start a kennel or grooming business. If you want to work out side then you may look into a lawn care service. Go with your interests and talents.
Be careful of scams and know what is required before you sign up for something. Do your research and don’t give up other means of income until you are certain you can make a living doing work at home. Legitimate home based businesses can give you the chance to be your own boss and make the money you need right from home.
