Fortunately, we can apply antioxidant and anti-inflammatory formulas topically to keep our skin happy and healthy after sun exposure.
Some essential oils are among the most potent natural antioxidants known, with ORAC values of over 100,000. All essential oils have some level of antioxidant activity, and each used in skin care is selected for its unique skin care properties. For example, a study just released by French scientists note that Myrrh essential oil has a profound oxygen quenching effect on free radicals produced by the interaction of UV rays and the skin’s sebum. You’ll see this oil recommended in nearly every skincare formula these days — it can help in conditions ranging from acne to dermatitis, from general skincare to improving the appearance of healthy mature skin. Sea Buckthorn has even been studied for the protection of astronauts’ skin from the powerful raise beyond the Earth’s atmosphere — how’s that for a recommendation?
You also have the option of adding other active-ingredients like natural vitamin E and fat soluble vitamin C to your mixture. You can simply empty or two capsules into each ounce of blend that you make. When seeking vitamin E, naturally made vitamin E with high levels of “gamma-tocopherol” is best. For example, for an excellent one ounce blend, begin with a carrier base of one-third Rosehip seed, one-third tamanu oil and one-third avocado. To this you could add 14 drops each of lavender and sea buckthorn, and 7 drops blue tansy. This blend will smell so wonderful; you’ll want to use it all the time! It will be gentle enough for everyone who has had a happy day in the sun. For after-sun protection and care of mature skin, use a base of one-third each apricot kernel, tamanu and rosehip seed. To this add equal parts each of helichrysum, sea buckthorn, lavender, and myrrh. This blend should be used after any long-term sun exposure to really protect your skin, and give it a long-lasting healthy glow. Now you get the idea, you can easily mix and match the oils in any combination that suits you best.

Well, most people in developed countries can make a pretty good living sitting at a desk all day long. By the way, whose turn was it to bring donuts today? Of course, if you are a lumberjack, or an MMA cage fighter, then this doesn’t apply to you.
The second reason is the stuff we stuff into our mouths on a daily basis. Don’t get me wrong, I love a double cheese Calzone just like the next gal, but those don’t help your figure out that much. Not to mention all the chemicals, preservatives, and who knows what else is put in there, so they can mass produce it in New York, and sell it in San Francisco.
Of course, you don’t have to go very far outside of your house or apartment to run into about half a dozen fast food restaurants. These are virtually diet disasters, filled with the worst kind of fats and carbohydrates you can imagine.
And if you are ever hungry, and you go shopping, where are you more likely to head, the cucumber section, or the frozen food microwave section? Or that section of most supermarkets today where they have food that is just as bad as fast food, but smells so good?
And what about the people behind all this? They make billions and billions every year from selling us crap. Do you think they really care if we get all the associated health problems with being fat, or even cut our lives short by ten or twenty years? Nope, didn’t think so.
There is a growing suspicion that this whole mess we live in was carefully designed by those that want to take advantage of our natural tendency to eat delicious food, just so they could make a profit. I don’t know if that’s true, but they sure are making a profit.
To truly get rid of the fat, and the weight, we must learn to not only resist the junk that is around us, but get up off our behinds and go for a walk once in a while. It will do you a world of good.

Now, tell yourself that every word I say is going to be inside in your mind and be printed, ingrained and embedded on your brain. That message is going to stay permanently fixed, imprinted and embedded and without your will or knowledge; in fact, perfectly and unconsciously on your part — you, yourself and your whole body is going to obey these commands.
1. Every day, three times a day, in the morning, at midday and in the evening at the usual meal times, you will feel a healthy feel of hunger.
2. You will feel a sensation that makes you think, I think it would be great to get something healthy to eat.
3. Then, you eat and you enjoy the flavor of the food without overeating. You are also careful to chew properly, and you transform food into some form of soft paste before you swallow.
4. By doing this, you easily digest your food in a healthy manner and you feel fine in your stomach/intestines. Your body will assimilate what youve eaten and your body will make proper use of it to make blood, muscle, strength and energy, in a word — life.
Since you have well digested your food, your bowel function will be absolutely normal and every morning on arising, you will feel the need of emptying your bowels without ever needing to take any laxative medicines. Your properly eating of fruits and vegetables, grains, other healthy food items balances your entire system.

I am filled with the light and love of the creative force. I am a winner in all things in life and I gain by helping others to help themselves. My mind, body and spirit all benefit from my positive lifestyle.
As of now, all of your organs are performing their functions perfectly. The heart beats in a normal way and the circulation of your blood takes place as it should. The lungs are carrying out their oxygenation functions and also the stomach, intestines, the liver, the kidneys and the bladder. High Blood Pressure And It’s Link To Cytomegalovirus

I take my health very seriously and am always interested in knowing what I can do to improve and maintain my health, most preferably, naturally.
As long as my health is concerned I’m fond of knowing the things that I do not have control like genes, pollution etc and the things that I have control over my heath
Mostly I prefer researching health topics that brings value to me and my clients. On the basis of this research I collected a lot of details on cytomegalovirus. And also its connection to hypertension.
Greek names viruses are interconnected as this virus also gets it’s name from Greek cyto (cell) plus megalo (large). This virus comes from the bigger herpes family. Mononucleosis is also part of the same virus family.
Developing countries is mostly affected by this virus, even though it is found in almost all countries. CMV virus affects 60 to 99 percentage of the population. Urine, saliva and semen are the substances through which this virus is passed.
I found this number to be of concern for two reasons. First, even 60 percent of the population is an extremely large number to be affected by a virus I previously knew nothing about. Second, I found a 39 percent gap in infection rate reports to be inconsistent.
As I’m not a doctor I asked one of my good friend who is a doctor about this. He replied on a average a person with a age 40 carries this virus and it is widespread. I was shocked to hear this.
My friend went on to explain that the virus doesn’t generally produce symptoms in children or adults unless the patient is has an immune compromised system already (HIV infected, organ transplant recipients and elderly patients).
This virus is rarely life threatening apart from the above said conditions. And about one percent of born babies get this virus as birth defect.
OK, I can live with that (no pun intended).
Recent studies however have shown that there is indeed a link between CMV virus and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). This in turn can lead to high blood pressure on its own but is even more likely when combined with a high cholesterol diet.
It can even affect younger patients, but it is commonly found in persons above the age of 80. If untreated hypertension can destabilize all the other organs and this may lead to conditions like stroke, blindness etc.
This opens new doors as far as preventative medicine is concerned. New research has lead many experts to consider vaccines as an option when looking at high blood pressure patients.
Basically regular exercise and healthy diet are the better ways to eliminate hypertension. Only this will protect you from high blood pressure. You can also take prescribed medicine, but all the prescribed medicines comes with a side effect.
