The concept of reaching dreams and goals through the concept of intention manifestation was once considered a New Age notion, reserved for mystics and gurus. In recent years, the idea that we create our own destiny is becoming a more mainstream concept. As science looks more deeply for answers, the more mystery is discovered. The thought that we can create the life we want has always been appealing; in recent years it is becoming more believable.
Perhaps it isn’t far-fetched to imagine that the power of the subconscious mind has more to do with our reality than we once realized. Even something as simple as preparing the evening meal must first be visualized, mental lists created, imagining the tasks involved and the materials needed. It might be a healthy notion to take responsibility for our own realities in broader areas, to be open to the possibility that we are creating our worlds through our attitudes.
When Napoleon Hill wrote “Think and Grow Rich” in 1937, he had studied the lives of hundreds of successful people and found that the shared thread of their riches involved exercises in affirmations and attitude that have been rewritten in many different ways since. From Shakti Gawain’s “Creative Visualization”, to the more recent explosive success of “The Secret, ” these works share the common theme of achieving one’s goals through developing a winning attitude.
Too easy? Possibly. However, following the principles of positive thinking has led to happiness and success for many people. For some, their measure of success is in doing good works, for others, it is having a fulfilling family life. Not everyone defines happiness and success in the same way, but to achieve it, there seems to be a common thread of attitude and of feeding the subconscious mind with positive thoughts.
Living the good life seems out of reach for many people. What is the key that is missing? There must be more to happiness than the simplistic idea of thinking happy thoughts. If it were that easy, everyone would live the life of their dreams. Still, there is an appeal in the notion that we shape our own destiny.
It’s possible that attaining dreams is out of reach for reasons we cannot see: karma, destiny, the journey of the soul. Possibly it is all meaningless, with no point or difference to be made in spite of one’s efforts. None can say, but humanity does seem to be on a search for deeper meaning and a way to tap into achieving a life that works.
Possibly it is our own intuition that can lead the way. Some suggest that our internal guidance system has more power than we have been taught to understand. If nothing else, developing an inner calm can make external situations more bearable.
Whatever the key, learning to develop the power of intention manifestation is alluring. An easy way to create our dreams is likely not going to drop out of the sky, but developing the discipline to better understand our own minds and to create a positive attitude in any situation can only be a good thing.

Being in the state to create abundance involves ones total body, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Likewise, its benefits go in all of those aspects. You must learn to harness this state both internally and externally. It begins with deep introspection; you must allow yourself to heal from past hurts and unpleasant experiences. It is indeed a challenging process.
People are bound to be unhappy at least once in his lifetime. Reality is, we feel unhappy many times and whenever we feel unhappy we lack the abundance we could be enjoying in our life. Keep in mind, to create abundance does not involve gaining all material things including money. Observe the rich and you will see that wealth does not lead to happiness. They can have everything but happiness does not automatically follow.
You find abundance by working on your values, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. Evaluate all the negative ones and get rid of them. Train yourself to be more positive about life. Positivity breeds change in thinking, actions, communication, and goals. Learn to be positive no matter what state you are in and you will be living a brand new life just by doing that.
We can find the spirit of abundant life all around us. The world is rich with positivity. Its just sad that not many realize this and choose to live life in negativity. Be open to positive things and receive it with your whole mind and heart. Get rid of all the negative for it only blocks abundance from coming in. Learn to forgive, get rid of shame and anxiety, anger and hatred, bitterness and unforgiveness. Release all negative feelings so you can perceive more and be able to accept abundance in your life.
Learn confront your demons that you have personally collected over the years. Do not allow failure and hurt to continue to rule over you. Instead you can prepare yourself for the worst and you will ultimately experience the happiness. In the future, anything you endure will need to be accepted in a positive way.
Welcome changes into your life. Sometimes this can be difficult when you do not always know what lies ahead but this is when you need to believe even more then ever. Always try to better yourself. Make sure the change starts from the inside first. Become a positive person everyday. Do not expect the change to happen over night. Look for opportunities that are more positive and stay away from the negative.
Do not be selfish. As you increase in abundant life you will naturally be more generous towards people out there. In being generous, you help people, you help change your neighborhood and you help change your world!
Focus more on developing and pursuing close relationships with people. This should be desired much more than financial gain. Focus on simple happiness and worthwhile activities that make others happy too. By doing these things you will find yourself with a healthy mind and body and achieve all your goals. Develop positive values, pursue them, and you will find yourself living an abundant life.

The Secret To The Secret Of Creating Abundance Wealth And Money In Your Life

There has been a great deal of attention lately regarding the law of attraction and how to create abundance. These topics have been brought into the light through movies and books as well as nationally aired talk shows on TV. Millions have been made aware of what religion and philosophy has been saying since time immemorial — you create your own reality. For many, creating one’s own reality means finding out how to cause abundance money and wealth to come into your life.
Like attracts like. Here’s an experiment you can easily perform to prove that fact. All you need is a guitar and a tuning fork. An A-440 tuning fork will be best, since the fifth string of a properly tuned guitar vibrates in the pitch of A. Simply strike the tuning fork to set it in motion and then move it over close to the sound hole of the guitar. You will notice that the A-string of the guitar will also then start to vibrate, seemingly on its own.
You can also demonstrate the same phenomenon with two tuning forks of the same pitch. Simply strike one and hold it close to the other and you’ll find that the second fork will start to vibrate too, seemingly of its own volition. This is an example of sympathetic vibration. Like attracts like.
The Universe is in a constant state of vibration. Everything is moving, whether it’s a rock, a tree, a sound or a light-wave. Nothing is static. Everything is in constant motion. This also includes invisible things, like thoughts and ideas.
You can achieve sympathy with any vibration by tuning into it, similar to the tuning forks mentioned earlier. Radios and TV sets are designed to tune into certain vibrations to produce pictures and sounds. When you change the station or the channel, you’re tuning into a different vibration so you get a different sound or picture. Your life is very much like this example. You create your reality by the nature of the vibrations into which you’re constantly tuning.
Tens of thousands of people across the world have found success in applying the truths promulgated in the various books and programs concerning the law of attraction and how to create abundance in one’s life. One particular book, later made into a movie, which significantly changed the landscape of how people regard this subject is called ‘The Secret’. Unfortunately, however, many millions who have tried to use the methods described in these programs of self-development have been unfulfilled, disappointed at their failure and given up. If the law of attraction works, as it seems to have worked for so many, why doesn’t it work for everyone? Good question.
The answer is this. There is a secret to the secret and success depends on knowing this. Manifesting abundance into your life requires strong desire and determination, yes, but there’s more. It has to do with the subconscious mind, which is responsible for making the vibrational connection.
The subconscious mind must ‘give you permission’ before you will be able to create abundance wealth and money into your reality. If you’ve been needy all your life, for example, your subconscious mind treats this as the status quo and is reluctant to alter this reality. But it’s a simple thing to reprogram the subconscious to allow the objects of your desire. It works and it can work for you.

Ways To Your Manifesting Desires

Manifesting Desires has become a hot topic in recent times. Something that was once just considered “wishful thinking” is now taking on a more realistic realm with quantum physicists acknowledging that the power of thought is a powerful tool in creating your own reality.
Manifesting desires is possible to accomplish through several ways. But in order to do this it is essential that you have a very clear picture in your mind of what it is that you actually want in life before you even attempt to achieve your dreams. Failing to do so will make any attempt at manifesting your desires near impossible to attain. Make certain you have a clear visual of the future you wish to have before you even set out to partake in this concept.
You must actually visualize your desires, accentuate your longings in your mind. Make a mental vision board, and create in turn a visual-a series of photos of what it is that you want. Thinking of this on a day to day basis will help you to focus on your dream, and the result send vibes into the universe. This can accumulate and create clear energy waves that aid in turning your dreams into truth.
Essential to manifesting desires is that you must be a strong believer in both you and your ability to obtain that which you strongly wish. Perseverance is key, and it is essential that you permit yourself the opportunity to establish a new you-a person that believes that good things happening are possible.
Essential to understanding this concept is one’s ability to learn how to manifest the segment intending. This concept works in that it allows you to predict the future, one that you long for, and as a result enables you to create the life you would like. The concept of segment intending works in that you segment each part of your day out, doing so as you move from one aspect of your day to another. An example is from when you drop your kids off at school to when you arrive at work. Dropping your kids off at school is one segment and the second can be your arrival at work.
Think about what you would like from each segment. In the first you may want a trip that is traffic free so you should envisage this, in your mind see the road ahead with no traffic and by doing so you manifest your desire. In the second segment you may want a drama free homework session and a relaxing dinner with your children, you once again need to envisage this in your mind and send these thoughts out to the universe and allow the laws of attraction to work.
These are just a few techniques to empower you when manifesting desires. You need to be clear on what it is you want and you need to believe that it is possible, you should visualize your goals and segment your days. Always remember, thoughts are a form of energy that can be directed in a way to have an influence on external surroundings.

Tapping to Abundance with EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is a method of energy healing used to balance the body’s energy by removing negative emotions to increase energy flow. EFT practitioners gently tap on a person’s acupuncture points while guiding their focus to a limiting belief and it’s resolution, thus removing energy blockages on your road to abundance and prosperity.
Much as a sculptor chips away stone to reveal his masterpiece, EFT chips away at the negative energies that do not belong. Removing our limiting beliefs leaves behind our true self, who is then able to receive the bounties life has to offer.
The EFT tapping technique involves tapping specific points on the body, usually with the index and middle fingers of the dominant hand. While tapping, the person makes a statement of self-acceptance despite his or her limiting issues. This is called the “setup,” and goes like this:
“Even though I am ______ (fill in with limiting statement, i.e., “unable to accept true love,” or “resisting making more money for myself”), I choose to love and accept myself.” Repeat this statement three times as you tap each of the following points.
While we are tapping we are confronting our issues head on. Negativity clears out leaving room for feeling good and allowing us to move positive energy to the forefront.
The Tapping Points
* Tap at the karate chop point, which is on the side of the non-dominant hand between the pinky and the wrist. Tap a simple rhythm: tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Tap lightly so you don’t bruise yourself.
* Tap at the eyebrow point, which is at the beginning of the eyebrow, right near the middle of the forehead.
* Tap on the side of the eye, on the outside corner of the eye socket.
* Tap under the middle of your eye at the top edge of your cheekbone. This is just at the edge of the eye socket as well.
* Tap under the nose between the nose and the upper lip.
* Tap between the chin and lower lip, in the crease on top of the chin.
* Tap your collarbone at the point in your neck where the two bones meet to make a U shape. Make a fist and tap directly over the U tapping the inside edges of both collarbones.
* Tap under the arm about four inches below the armpit at the bra strap level. Tap with four fingers.
* Tap at the top of the head where the crown is. Use all fingers and tap around the crown in a circle on top of the head.
Tiredness after Tapping
This basic EFT technique can be very effective in clearing emotions. Some people feel tired afterward, for which there are several possible reasons. First of all, people may be tired because tapping can be a real workout, especially if strong emotions come out in the process. Like exercising, we’re exhausted but we know it’s really good for us.
The relaxation some people feel after tapping may be another reason for feeling tired. Most people carry around a lot of tension; letting go of that can cause a feeling of tiredness.
Yet another reason people feel fatigued and have a difficult time focusing after EFT may be due to resistance. There are parts of the mind that may not want to let go of the limiting beliefs the subconscious has within us. The mind may say it is too dangerous and resist the EFT process.
Tapping may bring about intense emotions. Some people may choose to have a partner with them when they tap.
Freedom from Limiting Beliefs
By acknowledging our limiting beliefs while tapping we can clear out negative emotions that are blocking our abundance and happiness. We are left free to live happy and abundant lives.

Eliminate Your Limiting Beliefs…Forever!

Beliefs that we hold in our conscious or unconscious minds can limit our success and happiness. We can free ourselves from these beliefs through energy techniques such as Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), but we have to know what they are before we can let them go.
Get in touch with how you feel about different situations. At random times throughout the day, rate how you’re feeling on a scale from 1 to 10, where 10 is super great and 1 is just awful. Focus on a particular part of your life, a relationship or business opportunity, for example, and gauge your level there, too. What’s stopping you from being at a 10? “I could be a 10, totally great, if only I had _______.” Fill in the blank with the thing that is limiting your happiness and you’ve identified a limiting belief.
Physical sensations are common for people who come into contact with their limiting beliefs and these feelings make it possible to clear out the negative emotions without knowing exactly what they are. For example: You take out the trash in order to clean your home but you don’t open the bag to investigate what each item in the bag is. Similarly, you needn’t always know what your limiting beliefs are in order to rid them from your mind.
Sometimes, however, the garbage is spread all over and smells so bad you have to figure out what’s in there and get rid of it piece by piece. How deeply we need to look at our own garbage varies according to the individual and the circumstances.
Beliefs about Money and Self
Money and self are two major areas of beliefs that limit many people. Folks sabotage their abundance with thoughts that money is the root of evil or that rich people are greedy. Most of us have as much money as we believe we should have. What would happen, you might ask, if you had money that goes beyond what you currently believe you should have?
It’s similar with limiting beliefs about ourselves. We tell ourselves that we are not worthy, not deserving, not good enough. And so, when we have opportunities to go beyond our limits, we stop ourselves because we don’t believe we deserve the abundance. We may not be aware that we are making decisions that limit our wealth and happiness, because these may be unconscious beliefs.
Clearing Limiting Beliefs
By removing beliefs that limit our potential we clear the path for success by making changes that help us develop in positive ways. How then, do we know we have cleared a limiting belief? You may notice shifts in thinking or feeling such as feeling better about your finances, being more confident, or genuinely feeling more positive in most situations. Situations may tend to turn out better for you or maybe you have more income or maybe you’ve become successful in other ways.
Once you start to become aware, you start to peel off your limiting beliefs like you’re peeling the layers of an onion. Sometimes you may clear one issue at a time. But other times you many issues fall into place at once and you have a huge clearing.
Identifying your limiting beliefs and letting them go will move you closer to having a prosperous and abundant life, a life lived at 10.

How To Remove The Rules That Are Limiting Your Abundance

We live with social norms and pressures that tell us how we should feel in certain circumstances. We succumb to these social pressures and react in predictable ways. If someone cuts us off while we are driving on the highway, we believe we’re supposed to be upset and so we are. If our spouse loses their job, we should be concerned about our finances; therefore, we worry. When winter arrives we assume the lack of sunshine will make us depressed and so we become depressed.
These rules are not written in stone. You have the ability to choose a happier, more positive outlook on life. There are no prerequisites for being happy. You don’t have to make a certain amount of money nor do you have to achieve a certain status before you’re allowed to be happy. Though it can be difficult to change our thinking, the first step is to recognize that these rules are ideas programmed into us by others. It can be difficult to change but once we decide to be happy, we are happy. This is the choice available to you in every situation, everyday.
Because of our programming, our unconscious mind believes it’s important to protect us. Remember as a child being told that you must hold an adult’s hand when you crossed the street? That was an important rule for when you were little and could not protect yourself. As you grew up you became able to take care of yourself so you no longer had to hold onto an adult’s hand to cross the street. Imagine how limited your life would be if you still believed you needed an adult’s help to cross the street?
Those beliefs kept us safe when we were young, but we also learned those beliefs weren’t needed when we got older. Receiving abundance and being happy work the same way. You need not submit to anxiety and sleepless nights when your finances are strained. You can be happy by changing your beliefs about how you should react. However, we do not grow out of all of our limiting beliefs even if they are unnecessary. Bringing abundance into our lives is a matter of ridding ourselves of negative fears and emotions that set us back. We limit our own ability to have abundance because we were programmed to believe that it isn’t right for us to have it or want it. Once we’ve removed the gates in our minds and allowed ourselves to believe we deserve to be happy, we will attract happiness.
There are techniques that help us to change our energy by changing the programmed rules that prevent us from experiencing prosperity and joy.
Gratitude List
One way to change your energy is through the creation of a gratitude list. This inventory will show you all of the wonderful things you have for which to be thankful. It focuses your thoughts on positive things and shows you that you already experience success and ampleness each day. On days when you struggle to find something to be grateful for, be grateful for your breath. It is instrumental in keeping you alive. It nourishes your body. You are successful at breathing and nourishing your body with that breath. Therefore, you are successful in at least one thing. Focus on this and you will see that you have the capacity for success. Here’s one way to look at it. Is it more important to be a person who successfully breathes or a person who successfully facilitates an important business merger? If you aren’t breathing, the merger won’t happen. If you can breathe, then you are successful and the day is good. So, you certainly have something for which to be thankful.
Emotional Freedom Technique
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a mode of energy which is based on acupuncture. Practitioners of Eastern medicine have used acupuncture for thousands of years to increase the flow of energy throughout the body. Our energy flows along pathways in the body called meridians. If a blockage occurs in one or more of our meridians our energy flow can become out of balance. This can manifest itself as illness or disease. We are naturally supposed to have a balance among health, well-being and happiness. EFT enables us to break away from the limitations of our previous programming and helps us return to our natural state of flow, joy and balance.
EFT helps us to move beyond the confines others have set for us and brings us closer to the abundance we seek. Once untied from the restrictions of our misguided beliefs we can begin to uncover our true self and find that we are happy, healthy, loving people who enjoy prosperity.
Gratitude lists and EFT are two simple ways of changing your energy to manifest abundance in your own life.

Is The Law Of Attraction Working For Your Benefit or Demise?

Our thoughts, both conscious and unconscious, determine the reality of our lives. This is the fundamental principle of the Law of Attraction. By having unwavering faith and by believing that we can attain our goals, it is possible to achieve them; however, the opposite is also true. If your conscious and unconscious thoughts are negative, they will bring to fruition the opposite of your goals and desires. The intentions of your thoughts will make those thoughts come true, either positively or negatively.
Everything in the universe is energy and has a vibration. According to the Law of Attraction, we create our reality based on the energy we vibrate. When we have positive energy we attract positive things to our lives.
Increase Positive Vibration
The challenge is to find ways to increase our vibration so we are in a positive mindset and have positive feelings. Once we do that we naturally attract what resonates harmonically with our vibrations. Thinking about what we believe brings a good feeling, which is what we want. When we have that good feeling we attract things with the same kind of good feeling. Since like attracts like our goal is to be in the same vibrational place as the things we want so we attract them to our lives. The Law of Attraction is about creating what we want based on having positive feelings.
Choose Abundance
As you study the Law of Attraction and begin to state your desires, you may notice that you what you desire sets off alarm bells in you. For example, many people who desire money simultaneously fear receiving too much money. Having “too much” money is a common limiting belief that every day keeps people from receiving their wealth. It is impossible to truly focus on your goals with one foot planted in desire and the other in fear – you must let one side go to be fully focused and create your desired outcome. Remember you are not a victim of circumstance and that you can always choose your reaction to every external event. Your only job now is to focus positively and with full force on every one of your desires. Take control of your focus and you free yourself.
Abundance, by definition, flows freely and never runs out. In our all inclusive universe abundance is available to everyone in unlimited quantities. The old idea of “if you’re getting a lot I must be losing something” is a false notion that only keeps a person suspicious of true abundance. If you choose to seek abundance and prosperity and wealth then seek them fully and faithfully, and look for them everywhere you go. Rest easy in your knowledge that there is more available to you than you could ever desire, now and for all time.
Decide and Trust
What do you want? Is it a thing or a feeling? Is it a thing like money that leads to a feeling like well-being? Free yourself and say what you really want. This is the first step to getting it. “I want ______!” Say it out loud and don’t pay attention to any dissenting voices in the background talking about “you don’t deserve that much” or “that’s too much too soon.” Allow yourself to feel the happiness that comes with getting what you want.
Think of it this way. Once you know what you want you can go to the store to look for what you want, knowing that you have enough money for it. Or, you can try to get as much money as you can and then trying to figure out what you want. The Law of Attraction says that once you know what you want, you can get it. So the first task is to decide what you really want and feel good about it. You will have enough money for it.
Enjoy the Moment
The future will come soon enough and the past is too far gone to worry about. Be mindful now. Be present now. Be present in each and every moment of your life. Do what makes you happy and what makes you feel fulfilled. Don’t congest your mind with concerns about the presence or absence of money. Success and happiness come from recognizing the blessings in life and appreciating them while you are in the moment.
