Man simple formula to lose weight at maximum speed is this: (1) stop eating junk food, including diet sodas and (2) workout (jog for like 30 minutes each day and add like 20 pushups and situps). and do 50 pushups in the mornig and 50 at night then 50 crunches in the morning and 50 more at night and do some core workouts too
